Norfra's basis is the products landed by North-Norwegian fishermen, benefitting from a centuries-old tradition. They work with fishermen, producers and transporters to inform, teach and update them continuously of new regulations and quality standards.

Being one of the larger exporters in the North of Norway, Norfra is continuously updated on what is happening in the market. Their experienced sales team is standing by 24 hours a day to get customers the best quality. Their factories are manned with experienced leaders and foremen whoe are in continuously contact with the fishing vessels. An efficient logistic is considered crucial to ensure that the consumers get what they are looking and paying for. Norfra has the experience of fresh fish transport since fresh fish first sent by truck from Arctic Norway.

Norfra A/S was established in 1984. They produce and export about 12000 tons each year from the North of Norway, main products being fresh white Fish, Whole Fish and fillets. Norfra is owned by producers, fish farmers, fishermen and employees within the Company.
