Norway is proud of its seafood, and dedicates a summit every year to the widely known delicacy.
The program includes an event at Harrods where the Norwegian Whitefish and SKREI® are listed, and presentations will be given on export statistics, nutrition values and health benefits of salmon as well as on the role of Norwegian fish in the British fish and chips market.
Speakers are Norwegian and British representatives and organisations, including The National Institute of Nutrition and Seafood Research, The Norwegian Seafood Council, John Ryan from Retail Week and Bray Leino from Comms Agency. The day wraps up with a lunch hosted by the Norwegian Ambassador at his residence in Palace Green.
