Subsea Valley 2014

The Subsea Valley Conference focuses on technology, expertise and competitiveness. The Subsea Valley Conference is taking place in Telenor Arena, Oslo, Norway. The conference start with a opening event on the 1st of April, however the exhibition and seminars themselves kick-off on the 2nd.

Subsea Valley is the leading technological environment for subsea solutions. This is a cluster that through cooperation and competence strengthens members' competitiveness both nationally and internationally. This enables the companies to take a larger share of the deliveries to the oil and gas market.

Subsea Valley consists primarily of businesses in central Norway, but there are also members outside this area. Companies develop and manufacture a wide range of products and services in the subsea industry - from large suppliers of complete system solutions and installations, to smaller technology and service providers. The companies represent significant technological expertise in the oil and gas market.

With its 210 members it is the largest cluster in Norway. The companies' in the cluster have a total turnover of 111 billion (2012 ), of which 57 billion is in and from Norway . The companies have a total of 57,000 employees, 25,000 of these in Eastern Norway.
