Three Valleys Water PLC, the UKs largest water-only supplier, has signed a 3-year contract with Consorte UK Ltd for a PULSE customer contact solution. Three Valleys Water will utilise the Consorte solution in handling its more than 3 million customers at its two call centres in Hatfield and Folkestone.
We needed to balance the load of incoming customer enquiries between our two customer contact centres in order to shorten wait-times during peak periods. We looked at solutions from several leading telecoms suppliers, and chose Consorte after conducting a thorough evaluation process. Were looking forward to the cooperation with Consorte and the implementation of the solutions with expectations of even higher levels of customer service, says Sandra Kerr, Head of Contact Services at Three Valleys Water.
