According to Reuters, Statoil, the Norwegian state-owned oil firm will be worth an estimated 145-166 billion kroners after the part privatisation plan takes place on June 18.
188.7 million new shares out of a total of up to 437.9 million shares will be on offer. Statoil shares will range in price between 66-76 kroners each.
