Trond Jørgensen is the new Rainpower Vice President Marketing and Sales starting from July 1.
Jørgensen (52) comes from the position of Sales Manager at Rainpower Hymatek Controls (RPHC).
-Due to an incredibly strong team spirit, which was the primary reason for theRPHC all time high sales and continuous good profit, the time I have spent in RPHChas been a remarkable experience for me. Much of the RPHC´s success is based on the ability to adjust, the team´s willingness to constantly improve according to our customers´ increasing expectations and the awareness that everyone is a salesmanwhen talking to people outside of Rainpower.
Jørgensen started his career in the Royal Norwegian Air Force as a crew chief for the F-16 fighter aircraft in 1981, after finishing education and training in the same organization. Followed by a sales and marketing career in a wide variety of different industries, among them defense, oil drilling, maritime, electronics, and hydropower, he has been an RPHC employee since 2011.
