Q-Free - Awarded a major contract in Portugal - 220 MNOK

Q-Free has today received an order from the Portuguese road operator
AENOR for a major infrastructure project in Portugal. The order value is
approximately 220 MNOK.

AENOR for a major infrastructure project in Portugal. The order value is
approximately 220 MNOK.

The contract comprises delivery of Road Side Equipment, Operational Back
Office and related services for the concessions `Grande Porto` and
`Costa da Prata` currently operational under the shadow tolling scheme
(SCUT) and which will be transformed into a fully operational Multi Lane
Free Flow tolling system (MLFF).

The project will start immediately, and the design and build phase will
last throughout 2009 and part of 2010, followed by a service and
maintenance activity for 5 years.

AENOR is a Portuguese owned organization that currently serves a set of
five concessions responsible for more than 800 Km of motorways in
Portugal.

Q-Free has a subsidiary in Lisbon, Portugal.
