Norwegian participation in India-EU Innovation workshop

Two Norwegian SMEs, Due Miljø and Aker Biomarine, participated alongside The Research Council of Norway to give feedback and input on the Innovation roadmap report.

The purpose of the roadmap has been to summarize the analyses under INNO INDIGO in the following areas of high relevance for innovation processes:

  1. Collaboration of SMEs and industries
  2. Collaboration and internationalization of clusters
  3. Role of (European) regions in bridging gaps between science and industry and going international

The goal is to create a framework for an INNO INDIGO funding scheme that would enhance the innovation focus of research projects funded by partners of the ERA-net.

The Research Council of Norway is member of the INNO INDIGO Platform for Funders and is considering participating in future calls under the Partnership Programme. Norway has successfully participated in three earlier calls the INDIGO programme family.
