Norske Skog Attains 2 German Paper Mills

An agreement at the cost of NOK 8.7 billion has been reached for Norske Skog to buy two German paper mills owned by the German company Haindl.

An agreement at the cost of NOK 8.7 billion has been reached for Norske Skog to buy two German paper mills owned by the German company Haindl, as stated by the Norway Post.

Norske Skog plans to double the production capacity which at the moment has the joint production capacity of 860,000 tons. Completion of this deal is expected by the end of the year.
