Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS's new Manufacturing- and Trading Company

Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS has established a new Manufacturing- and Trading Company, effective from 01.01.2014.

Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS (Company reg. no. 914 797 020) has established a new Manufacturing- and Trading Company, effective from 01.01.2014.

The new name of the company is Norsk Teknisk Porselen Products AS (NTP Products AS).

This company has a new organization no. 912 875 067.

 

The new post and office address for both companies is Trosvikstranda 46/48, NO-1608 Fredrikstad, Norway.

Both companies has a new Chairman of the Board and all changes are officially registered in

“Foretaksregisteret” of Norway.

 

Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS will from now on handle property/estate issues only.

 

NTP Products AS will offer the same products and services as Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS (NTP AS) did earlier. We ask you to update your records and implement the changes.

 

All pending orders, purchase orders or other business issues agreed with Norsk Teknisk Porselen AS have been transferred to NTP Products AS.
