Norner receives good feedback from customers

Market Manager Ole Jan Myhre

Norner has carried out its annual customer survey.

We have recently completed our annual survey where customers are given the opportunity to provide their honest feedback and rate of services. The study had broad participation and gives us good insight for our continuous improvement.

We are pleased to note that many customers are satisfied with the expertise and services Norner provide and a majority of our customers would like to recommend Norner for new business partners. This is very inspiring for all of us, says Market Manager Ole Jan Myhre.

  • As part of the customer survey, we announced a draw of an Ipod Touch. The winner is Ragnar T. Solgaard from TINE SA.
  • Ragnar told Norner that he is particularly pleased with Norner expertise in microscopy investigation and problem solving. This has given TINE SA critical documentation in defect packaging solutions and troubleshooting.

We would like to thank all our customers for their participation in the survey.
