Nor-Shipping and Ocean Hub join forces online

The online profiles of Nor-Shipping’s exhibitors will be hosted via a special partner solution on Ocean Hub’s unique communication platform.

Every second year, Nor-Shipping, the leading maritime event week, is filled with conferences, networking and countless other activities, with the exhibition at the center of it all. Thanks to a new solution called Nor-Shipping Exhibitors Online, exhibitors can now increase their online visibility, maximizing the event’s value to them. This global online location allows them to extensively present their companies and build their identities by sharing knowledge, ambitions and content.

Nor-Shipping Exhibitors Online enables Nor-Shipping visitors to learn about and connect with the exhibitors. Here, they will find everything about the companies involved, where to go at the exhibition and who to meet to build their professional network. It will be easily accessible via the Nor-Shipping website, mobile applications and app, as well as the Ocean Hub website.

Our exhibitors and visitors now can interact online – before, during and after Nor-Shipping week. We believe the age of paper directories is behind us. Face-to-face meetings will, of course, still be important but this partnership enables the exhibition to be ‘live’ 24/7. Nor-Shipping Exhibitors Online provides our exhibitors with a turnkey solution to easily present their companies and services in a professional and innovative way. They can even share videos, news and other important content, increasing their visibility,” says Nor-Shipping Director Vidar Pederstad.

“We are very impressed with the strong concept Nor-Shipping has built up, in particular over the last 10 years. It is a privilege to contribute to Nor-Shipping’s online presence and services, and we look forward to working closely with Nor-Shipping and its exhibitors,” says Ocean Hub’s CEO and Co-Founder Christian Teigland.

Nor-Shipping Exhibitors Online will go live at the beginning of next year. The Nor-Shipping 2015 exhibition kicks off in Oslo the 2nd of June. Its exhibitors are already welcome to contact Ocean Hub to take advantage of these new online possibilities.
