NOK 9 million across the government budget

In the proposed government budget Uni Research will receive in excess of NOK 9 million from a lump sum of NOK 15 million, which has been awarded to the institution sector.

In addition to distributing these funds to research institutions, the Government also proposes that the NOK 15 million amount is continued in 2015.

In the budget proposal it is also positive that the Government strengthens earmarked measures such as STIM-EU, the national contact point scheme, project establishment support and positioning support with NOK 115 million in 2015.

Berg was expecting to see basic funding in this budget, but such funding was conspicuous in its absence.
