Please note that the stipulated deadline of 13:00 CET is absolute and final. Applicants cannot update or submit their grant applications after the deadline has expired.

Allow adequate time

Applicants themselves are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate time to complete and submit grant applications by the stipulated deadline

Check the form

The technical system does not allow you to submit an application that contains errors or is incomplete. Please use the control functions “Check page” and “Check entire” to ensure that your application is correctly filled in.

Make sure that you read all error messages carefully and leave yourself enough time to deal with any errors found in your application.

You may make changes right up to the deadline

If you need to you may open, update and re-submit your grant proposal all the way up to the deadline of 11 February 13:00 CET. Only the most recently submitted version will be registered and assessed.

All calls for proposals provide a list of contact persons at the Research Council who can help you with any questions. Consult the relevant call for proposals to find out who to contact.

Telephone helpline (+47 22 03 72 00)

A dedicated telephone helpline will be available during the last few working days before the application submission deadline if you have questions or problems.

The helpline is open Monday 9 February and Tuesday 10 Febuary from 08:00 to 15:45 CET, and on Wednesday 11 February from 08:00 until the deadline expires at 13:00 CET.

If no one answers the helpline, try calling the Research Council’s switchboard (+47 22 03 70 00)
