Moods of Norway headed for success in Minnesota

The Governor of Minnesota visited Norway last week and stopped by the Moods of Norway shop in Hedgehaugsveien in Oslo.

The Governor visited the shop to meet two of the brand’s founders Simen Staalnacke and Stefan Dahlquist, as well as the managing director Nils Are Karstad Lysø. The reason for the meet is the upcoming opening of a Moods of Norway shop in the Mall of America, the US’s biggest shopping center.

The Minnesota Governor believes the brand is heading for great success, in particular due to the Norwegian heritage in the area. “People are very proud of their Norwegian heritage. They show great affection to their motherland and their relatives. Just the word ‘Norway’ will give them a lot of attention,” says Governor Drayton.
