Hallvard Lerøy AS has entered The Seafood Excellence Global Awards 2016.
Two of Lerøy's new products will enter the competition at Seafood Expo, Brussels 26th-28th April. The products are both gluten free and convenient and include seeds breaded fresh saithe and tempura fresh salmon. The products have quickly become popular in the Nordic markets and are innovative, healthy, allergy friendly, convenient and tasty.
Finalists will be announced in mid-March, and the judging will take place Monday 25th of April.
The Seafood Excellence Global Awards competition is designed to recognize the best in seafood products represented at Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global each year.
