The streets of Stavanger, Norway will be filled with chefs and seafood in July 2014. The World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) – WACS congress for chefs is destined for the small Norwegian city partnering up with a leading seafood exporter – Lerøy.
Worldchefs represent over 10 million professional chefs worldwide. The biennial congress is a hallmark tradition and has been organized in over 20 cities across the world throughout is 82 year history. In 2014 the three days congress takes place in Stavanger with chefs form 95 different nations.
