Intergraph Signs With Norway's ABB Offshore Systems

HOUSTON, Texas, January 21, 2004 - ABB Offshore Systems AS of Norway has signed a multi-year contract for development and implementation of global information management and project engineering software with the Process, Power & Offshore division of Intergraph Corporation .

The companies will use the Engineering Information System (EIS) and Cable Routing and Administration System (CABSYS), originally developed and employed by ABB, as a knowledge base for the requirements. The resulting system is anticipated to include more than 500 users globally.

The Huntsville, Ala.-based Intergraph division made the announcement at DaratechPLANT 2004, the world's foremost event for process plant design and engineering IT.
