Grow - education program in Design Management

Learning Design Management while you work is made easy by Grow, a new professional educational program. In cooperation with the Norwegian Design Council Grow now offer Cross-Company programs in Norway targeting businesses or design agencies.

Powered by PARK, and developed straight from practice, Grow educates professional designers, design directors and current design managers in leading best practices.

Are you a design director and want your design managers to level up?
Are you already managing design but want to do it more professionally?
Are you a senior designer and ready to become a design manager?

We’ll get you there!

Grow education programs deliver:

  • a professional perspective on design management
  • insights into leading design management practices
  • an extended network of design management professionals

Benefits for the Norwegian participants include Oslo based classes to reduce travel times and associated costs for attending a professional while-you-work-education in the area of design management, along with professional networking opportunities and shared learnings with industry peers.
