There is a continued high and increasing level of activity for Kværner with regards to field development projects both in Norway and internationally.
The new agreement with NECON increases Kværner's access to resources for new and ongoing studies and projects, says Helge Hole, System Solutions Manager Front End & BD Suppert in Kværner.
The agreement includes engineering assistance and services related to oil- and gas installations, such as:
- Pre-Feed studies
- 3rdparty verification
- Detail engineering
- General technical assistance, with the possibility of other business partnerships.
The agreement lasts for 3 years, until July 2015, with an option of 12 months extension.
