Ementor has entered into a frame agreement with DnB NOR Bank ASA for delivery of IT consultancy services. The agreement will be a continuance of the good cooperation which has been developed between the companies, forming the basis for a further strengthening of this cooperation. The frame agreement also applies to Gjensidige NOR Forsikring (an insurance company) and collaborating banks.

"For many years and within different areas, Ementor has delivered services to Den norske Bank. We are proud that this cooperation now continues and expands by the new frame agreement with DnB NOR, that now is facing large challenges related to the integration of its IT systems. We at Ementor will, through our IT competence and experience from the bank- and finance business, make our utmost to contribute making this a successful process," says Tom Georg Olsen, Director Business Solutions, Ementor in Norway.

"After the merger, DnB NOR has made an evaluation of all its IT service suppliers. The purpose of doing this has been i.a. to ensure that DnB NOR's future market requirements for such services are met the best way possible. During the last years, we have developed a close and good cooperation with Ementor. By entering into this principal frame agreement, we express our wish to continue and develop this cooperation," says Terje Nilsen, Director IT Development at DnB NOR Bank ASA.
