Consorte Sweden has formed a partnership with Spring Mobil for the sale of advanced contact center solution services. The partnership means that Spring Mobil will be the only Swedish mobile operator capable of offering its clients advaned services to handle customer enquiries.
As part of our initiatives in Sweden, Consorte and Spring Mobil have signed a partnership agreement on the sale of Consortes solutions. Consorte sees a strategic benefit in working closely with a mobile operator who is focused on the enterprise market, says Guttorm Johansen, CEO of Consorte Group ASA, and adds that both parties see the value in being able to offer each others service portfolio in a growing market.
Spring Mobil offers its clients their own GSM network, which provides total coverage and perfect voice quality in the office. The clients themselves decide which members of staff that are to be provided with a DECT replacement, or alternatively comprehensive mobile support both in the office and outside. Through this solution, clients can obtain customised mobile support for the staff in question, while it produces major cost savings compared with a traditional solution. Spring Mobil offers clients fixed-network tariffs for all mobile traffic from their own (local) GSM network.
Through its partnership with Consorte, Spring Mobil can also offer its clients more advanced contact center services such as automated functions using IVR, advanced queue management with messages, and statistics with real-time reporting.
The market faces dramatic changes over the next few years. Businesses are now demanding increased mobility and a single telephone to cover all uses, without negatively impacting quality, services and costs, explains Ulf Groth, CEO of Spring Mobil AB. In Consorte, we have a partner who is well-placed in the market to be able to drive this trend forward and can meet the markets huge demand for next-generation telephony solutions, he says in conclusion.
