Both Computas' finalists won gold in the 'global awards for excellence in case management'!

Late on Thursday 27th June, both Computas’ nominated finalists in the WfMCs “Global Awards for Case Management” were awarded gold within their categories. It was the solutions that Computas had developed for the Norwegian Courts Administration and CargoNet respectively which secured the applaudable results.

The Norwegian Courts Administration was awarded the prize for its solution ‘Lovisa’; a case management solution for decision making within the Courts. A large number of cases are handled by the Courts in accordance to detailed process rules. ACM (Adaptive Case Management) ensures that all employees acquire necessary guidance and knowledge on complex subjects. Furthermore, it ensures that deadlines are adhered to and support is given to the user so that legislation is processed on time. In doing so, Lovisa contributes by assuring that Norwegian court cases are determined without fault or unnecessary delays. Case management solution is the daily work tool for judges and officers in the District Court and Court of Appeal. The Prize was awarded in the class ‘Legal and Courts’. Furthermore, the Courts Administration was also awarded the ‘Judges’ Choice Award’ for the best solution of all those nominated for WfMC ‘Awards for Excellence in Case Management’.
