BIS Production partner as acquired Ildfast AS

BIS Production Partner has acquired all the shares in Ildfast AS, Vestby. The acquisition will strengthen and expand our business in refractory projects.

Ildfast AS has 13 employees and annual sales of 40 million. The company supplies refractory materials, refractory maintenance and projects to the industry. In addition, Ildfast AS has invested in biofuel furnaces - a growing market.

Ildfast AS has its strength in projects and project management. It fits very well into our commitment to this market. BIS Production Partner is the largest supplier of refractory services in Norway. We perform the engineering, manufacturing and maintenance of refractory installations in the metallurgical industry and other process industries.

The acquisition strengthens our expertise, expands our capacity and enables us to offer refractory projects in Sweden and Finland, says CEO of BIS Production Partner Paul Rune Aasrum.
