Arctic Antenna acquires all assets of Kokstad Antennefabrikk (previously A2G Arta)


Arctic Antenna has acquired all assets of the bankruptcy estate of Kokstad Antennefabrikk AS. On May 15than agreement was signed that secures the continued access to state of the art microwave antennas manufactured in Norway.



The A2G Group has since the bankruptcy in Kokstad Antennefabrikk (previously A2G Arta)

 A2G Arta AS assisted with securing the values of the company. It is therefore a great pleasure to announce that an agreement has been signed with the company Arctic Antenna AS whereof they have acquired all assets including product rights, inventory, tools and other operating equipment, and the brand ARTA.
