Think technical knowledge. Think shaping the future of engineering.

Rolls-Royce Engineering Graduate Development Programme

Imagine working alongside some of our 14,000 engineers around the globe, helping find the answers to some of the industry's toughest challenges. Some of our engineers are multi-disciplinary, some are specialists and some are world experts in their field. But all of them show outstanding technical knowledge, determination and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your incredible career path starts here. Our structured Engineering Graduate Development Programme is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience. You'll get first class training and support, and you'll also learn from some of the most respected and highly qualified professionals in their field. Initially you'll set your mind to developing in-depth knowledge in a specific engineering discipline and a particular area of the business. From this foundation, you may choose to become a specialist, or to broaden your skill base in order to develop leadership experience.

Working on live projects, you'll be exposed to the entire Engineering lifecycle, problem-solving and designing integrated systems for optimal cost. As you develop, the challenges will increase in complexity and responsibility, combining on-the-job learning with training modules and project work.

Rolls-Royce is known the world over for high-performance engineering and innovative technologies providing integrated power solutions for customers in the civil and defence aerospace and marine markets. And our Engineering Graduate Programme is the perfect place to launch your big thoughts, ambitions and aspirations, while helping us to keep on powering the future.
