Contribute to fulfillment of all HSE&Q frames, conditions and requirements
Contribute to create a competent and goal driven organization with clearly defined roles and reasonability
Ensure commissioning of new and upgraded facilities and systems in accordance with agreed procedures and acceptance criteria
Quality ensure the contractors procedures and suggested acceptance criteria for the commissioning of the project
Prepare plans, resources, procedures and systems required to supervise the commissioning
Establish a commissioning manual and supporting system documents to verify completion
Management of the commissioning activity of GEP
Management of the handover procedures to German Gas Terminals (GGT)
Estimate the budget for commissioning activities
Recruit and establish commissioning teams
Participate in meetings, reviews and other activities relevant to the commissioning
Manage Handover from GEP to GGT
Participate in meetings, reviews and other activities relevant to Start Up
Support authority engineering and participate in meetings on demand
Support Interface management and participate in meetings on demand
Participate in relevant reviews like HAZID, HAZOP, P&ID review, 3D Model review etc.
Support Interface activities between GGT and GEP
Support GEP Risk management activities
Special requirements to education, certificates or experience with special focus on HSE requirements:
Minimum 10 years work relevant experience, alternatively Bachelor Degree and minimum 15 years relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in project Management.
General knowledge of Norwegian Oil & Gas industry related Contract practices and regulations.
Fluent English is required written and orally. Good German orally and written are beneficial but not a requirement
