The business area of Well Intervention services (WIS) was established to provide services for the increasing oil recovery activities from subsea wells. The services we provide are the key in reaching ambitious goals to Increase Oil Recovery (IOR) on behalf of our customers. We are responsible for our own offshore operations, and base our work on investments in technology and assets.

WIS engineering department is an important player in WIS operations. We have a young and dynamic working environment and focus on having fun while developing state of the art solutions and technology. Efficient teamwork is one of our strongest means to success.
We are now looking to further strengthening our Maintenance team to meet future requirements and visions
•Strengthen our maintenance strategy
•Strengthen our maintenance system
Our main areas of responsibility:
•Establish and maintain WIS maintenance and recertification system
•Establish and maintain maintenance procedures for WIS equipment
•Monitor the maintenance carried out on WIS equipment and ensure that the system is followed
•Monitor and maintain all required equipment and certificates of:
- Lifting equipment
- Ex survey
- Calibration of sensors
- Calibrations of tool’s
•Carry out small projects in the maintenance group
- Planning and execution
•Participate in maintenance work when required onshore in work shop on different locations.
•Participate in offshore work when required.
Preferred qualifications and personal skills:
•Degree in Engineer (Technical Institute or BSc) within machine, automation etc.
•We seek qualified engineers with some years of experience, creative, proactive and effective
•Structured with high sense of quality and on time performance
•Outgoing and energetic, with the ability to generate results working both in a team and alone
•Preferably offshore experience or other industrial experience
•Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Norwegian
