Main Tasks

Our Graduate Engineering Program is designed to speed up the development process by offering Graduate Engineers two year of on-the-job training and rotation between our departments.
We offer the graduates established employment from day one, challenging tasks in a dynamic professional environment, and close follow up by a mentor during the entire course of the program.


Graduate engineer with B.Sc or M.Sc within Mathematics or Engineering Disciplines
Highly motivated and eager to learn about the subsea industry and our products
Technically oriented and able to gain system knowledge and understanding
Able to work structured and independently
Able to work systematically and as a contributing team member in a dynamic environment
Proactive, creative, responsible, flexible
Structured with a high sense of HSE, Quality and on time performance
Result oriented with good implementation and cooperation skills
Excellent communication skills
Contribute to and maintain our great working environment
Excellent written and oral skills in English
