Manager - Customer Service Centre - Service/Support
Autronica is gathering its resources in service, support and after care to one strong unit.
The goal is to streamline the delivery of services so that both customer and employee satisfaction, as well as profitability increases.
We are looking for a manager for our Customer Service Centre.
You will manage and develop a department of 15, at different locations and report directly to the Vice President Service. The department will be responsible for first line support including call center, dispatch, and client communication internally and externally.
The role includes management, coordinating personnel and operative tasks in the department.
Preferably familiar with Autronicas products
Experience with service and support
Experience from call center or similar roles
Preferably experience from technology sector
Challenging and exciting work in an international environment
