Manager - Technical Analysis Centre - Service/Support
Autronica is gathering its resources in service, support and after care to one strong unit.
The goal is to streamline the delivery of services so that both customer and employee satisfaction, as well as profitability increases.
We are now looking for a manager for the Technical Analysis Centre at our new service department
You will manage a department of 14 and report directly to the Vice President Service/Support.
The department is responsible for secondary support and quality work. The main task is to analyze technical issues and develop solutions for Autronica clients.
The position includes management, analysis and close collaboration with the quality management for the company, as well as active participation in secondary support.
Preferably familiar with Autronicas products
Experience with service and support
Preferably experience from technology sector
