Technical Advisor - Service/Support
Autronica is gathering its resources in service, support and after care to one strong unit.
The goal is to streamline the delivery of services so that both customer and employee satisfaction, as well as profitability increases.
For our new service department we are looking for a Technical Advisor. The role includes support at our call center for internal and external clients regarding Autronicas products and systems. Updating information about facilities and forwarding it to support centers for secondary support and then to service completion.
- Familiar with Autnoicas work methods
- Familiar with service/support in Autroncia
- Excellent knowledge of Autronica’s products
- Preferably experience from call center/support
- Challenging and exciting work in an international environment
- An extra week of paid holiday (6th week)
