Senior engineer marine technology Stavanger

Development and production Norway (DPN) will capture the full potential and ensure maximum value creation on the Norwegian continental shelf. This position is in Stavanger and will report to leader of marine technology in Stjørdal. The position incudes
Responsibility A: technical system / professional responsibility for mooring, weight, stability and loadbearing structure for semisubmersible platform
Responsibility B: technical professional responsibility for flexible risers



  • Responsible for technical integrity for relevant systems
  • Daily follow-up of technical condition
  • Dialogue with the offshore operational unit
  • Planning, execution and quality control of professional tasks
  • Framing the modification projects
  • Close cooperation with other units/professions, on- and offshore




  • Relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Experience from marine projects and/or marine operations, e.g. from analysis, installation and maintenance of relevant marine systems will be considered an advantage
