Sales Manager Oil & Gas – Spares and Service

The purpose of this newly established position is to contribute to profitable growth through proactive sales of spares and service. Throughout the years, PG has established an Offshore installed base with considerable growth potential.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience from sales to Offshore customers, preferably to functions in the operational department. The candidate has proven sales background and good technical understanding. This position is responsible for Spares and Service sales within the market segment Oil & Gas. This position involves mostly extensive domestic travelling, with some international travels.
Secure the department’s sales and profit objectives
Key account manager role towards main “care taking” and “hunter” customers.
Pro-actively profit on the PG installed base in the oil & gas market.
Commercial and/or technical education, minimum at Bachelor level.
3-10 years sales experience from the Oil & Gas industry with an up to date network, especially with focus on operational functions.
Solid sales experience.
Master English oral and written language professionally.
Intact network within the operational organization of oil & gas companies
Structural and efficient way of working.
Good business instinct.
Good technical understanding and experience.
Accurate and independent.
Conscientious and solution focused, positive.
Teambuilding skills as well as maintaining relations with fellow employees, customers and other external parties.
